Villa Čempres is situated in Guduce on the island of Ugljan, only few steps away from the pebble beach. Guduce is a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. Ugljan itself is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).

Villa Čempres has direct access to the beach and it is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, active family vacation or relaxing break with friends and family. It is situated in a peaceful surrounding among other luxury villas, the nearest restaurant and grocery store are 2 km away (Ugljan) and the nearest pizzeria is in Muline at 1 km distance. Villa’s Dalmatian style architecture is in perfect harmony with the surrounding. The surface of the house spreads on a basement, ground floor and gallery. The ground floor consists of a comfortably furnished living room, open plan kitchen, master bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom with floor heating. Two other bedrooms are situated on the gallery and both of them have a private bathroom with shower and floor heating. The big Mediterranean garden offers stunning sea, sunrise and sunset views and you can fully enjoy on the terrace with furniture or by the pool.
