Guduce is a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. Ugljan itself is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).

Villa Lantana is situated in a peaceful surrounding among other luxury villas, the nearest restaurant and grocery store are 2 km away (Ugljan) and the nearest pizzeria is in Muline at 1 km distance. Villa’s Dalmatian style architecture is in perfect harmony with the surrounding. The surface of the house spreads on a basement, ground floor and gallery. The ground floor consists of a comfortably furnished living room, open plan kitchen, master bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. Two other bedrooms are situated on the gallery and both of them have a private bathroom. Outdoor is a big Mediterranean garden, pool, terrace with furniture.
