Villa Olea Europea is situated in Guduce, a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is
a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are in Ugljan (2 km), nearest pizzeria is in Muline (1 km). Ugljan is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).

Villa Olea Europea is a traditional Dalmatian building, equipped with high quality and modern appliances and furniture. The villa spreads on the basement, ground floor and gallery, it has wooden open beam ceilings, high quality ceramics tiled floors and floor heating. On the ground floor is a spacious and exquisitely furnished living room and open plan kitchen. There are three bedrooms in the house, each of them is with private bath and air conditioning. Outdoor is a well maintained garden with plants and olive trees, terrace with furniture, private pool. The villa is placed only few steps away from the pebble beach and a stone wall and fence around the property secure the privacy of the guests.
