Island of Ugljan is situated only 20 minutes sail from town Zadar and a regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore and it is also connected with island of Pasman by a bridge. Main ferry port on the island is Preko. Ugljan is called the Olive island, well known for its beautiful landscapes and picturesque fishing villages situated near the National park Kornati. The island is also called the Green island as it is covered with dense evergreen underbrush, pine forest, olives, fig trees, grapevines and other Mediterranean plants. The island offers a unique mixture of Mediterranean nature, rich cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and many leisure and sport facilities. Guduce is one of the main villages situated on the north-west part of the island and it offers an idyllic place for a quiet getaway with stunning sunset views.

On the ground floor is the spacious an open exquisitely furnished living room, beautiful half-covered terrace with wooden dining furniture for your complete relaxation with marvelous sea and sunset views, dining room with Italian rustic designed kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the gallery are situated the other two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The house accommodates comfortably up to 7 persons (6 in the bedrooms and 1 on an extra bed). Outdoor is the private swimming pool and your complete privacy is secured due to a stone wall and a fence.
