Guduce is a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are in Ugljan (2 km), nearest pizzeria is in Muline (1 km). Ugljan is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).

Villa Zumara is situated on a property of 600 m2 at only couple of steps distance from the pebble beach.
